It is amazing to witness Macey’s progress! She’s obviously growing fast and demonstrating her ability to learn quickly. She has been developing her personality while exploring the big new world in front of her.
Macey on Togwotee Mtn.: Macey has a travel kennel, which is quickly becoming too small. She is learning that we will be going somewhere when she sees me putting the kennel by the front door. Yesterday, I found her waiting inside it.
Many people notice Macey’s white or cream colored eyelashes.
A Little Runner:
She has now learned to “Speak” on demand. Last week, she learned to roll over and play dead when I point my finger and say, “Bang!”. That’s an automatic trick now. We’ve been working on “sit pretty”…she sits up on her rump. Yesterday, she was doing that when I turned around. When she rings the bell at either of two doors, there’s a very good chance she needs to go outside. Macey is beginning to bring dirty clothes to the laundry room. Best of all, she sleeps all night without waking us up.
